Another good reason to use a Mac for presentations is that when you enter a conference room and connect it to whatever projector happens to be there, there's a really good chance that will work immediately. I've seen people struggle for half an hour or more to get a Dell or Sony working with a projector.

Plus, with a MacBook Pro (or PowerBook), you can have the presentation showing on the projector, with the controls and/or program notes showing on your notebook display. Most PC notebooks can't do that.
