Dave, thanks for your excellent comments on patent disputes. Your view seems to be in line with what Harari said at the recent telephone conference with analysts. He talked about SanDisk incorporating the control card into the flash memory as crucial to compatibility with a host of products ranging from Sony memory stick applications to music players. The reasoning suggests that the controller card in the flash chip makes the computer or other device "see" it as similar to a disk drive. Maybe that's the key patent here. Art
