I see what your saying, I was just looking at if from the biller side (where NSCP provides software for billers), but you are correct, NSCP is also a front end too, with NetCenter. I'm would just like to add (IMHO), that Quicken.Com is a better front end for presenting bills, while NetCenter is a great way for consumers to get to Quicken.com, and other financial services.
