Yet he was also an effective mayor. He improved response times to requests for basic city services like filling potholes, processing registrations, etc. Does that make him any less of a flaming liberal? Of course not. He wasn't afraid to hide his left-wing views while getting the job done. Hence I don't buy your excuse that you had to hide your political beliefs while serving the public. Tenchusatsu
