OK, now you have made the leap that the "Administration" has outed a spy.
And you have decided that there was "illegal" access to an open database.

The UN spying is a non issue, EVERY nation in the world spies on each other.

My answer is outing a spy is huge and someone should be prosecuted if that happened, and just as huge is the content of those memos, which goes beyond just strategizing.

And there you have it, a direct answer to a question, something some other people have trouble with........
