If I were LU and really wanted ASND, This drop in ASND's share price would be what I wanted to see the day before I could use my shares to buy a company. They may not like the hit their shares have taken today, but asnd is down nearly as much.

I also remember seeing the Pres. of LU on CNBC 6-8 months back, and when he talk about an acquisition, Mark H. of cnbc said that they were able to use their stock on oct 1st and the pres said yes 12:01 am on Oct 1st. I would not want to be short ASND tonight or any night in the next 30-60 days.
