Gypsy,

I'm sure we all wish you welcome to the Meta thread. Its nice to have a new voice. As you can see this is a rather interesting experiment in reflecting the pursuit of those things we individually seek. Or
as our friend rick reflected recently...didn't someone say all this before? I, for one, refuse to wait for the answer to that one.

You know when you described the drop? you had a good bit of the feeling. And you are right, it often is about 6" down there. And when you see that sand, believe me, it can send the fear rushin
into your gut. But, you know, you really ain't got time to pray... You got to do that before you put on the fins.

Picture yourself falling down the face of a tall building, the fear turning it into an eternal drop. And you can slow the drop by holding on to the glass face of the building. You can't just stick your hand
into the wave because you are going to whack yourself on each floor and get out of control.......so you just hold on....slick down on the wave with all the tricks you learn over the days you do it.....and
you slide in on the sand like a rocket to the moon....blowin out the retros in a roll that slicks your under the wave in sleek style. Low and cold in the murky sands of that 6 inch pillow. Yea, there's
wippin and there Whuppmmin and each can take your air and make your fear for you survival. But the droppin is just being on the face of some tall building..while you watch what you can manage in the terror of the instant....And its that observing of the fearing that makes droppin so addicting. At least for blalahs who dig duckin under water that is pumpin. So da moke's who do the dropin are diggin what they're doin like the monks who who are sittin in the the stupahs and are thinkin. Its simple when your see'n. Its not knowin that is bein.
You know, Gypsy, I think that words are are a terrible judgment on our own realities. And I believe we should all realize that and respect each other all the more for it. But let us all speak honestly and
never feel any uncertainty about the truth. No matter what the cost. No matter what the consequences.

Yea ...yada yada yada...But....hope you enjoyed the rhymes...

aloha
