Well Joe this sounds like the kiss of death IT would be my understanding this meager amount of monies would not accomplish much except feed Orly and George for the next year.No drilling no action!!!!!! PLUS 3million more shares at .15 .Orly will be merrily selling away in here at these levels for quite some time, possibly for another twelve months.Ashton most likely will not spend any of there own monies and wait for mink to pay 100% of new costs.the Government will most likely want there portion of land returned from Minks INVENTORY.Possibly as high as 75% per year possibly starting last year.An Aware financier would most likely not give mink any thing less than 2to 3 million in stages with heavy dilution plus big time management changes.ROLL back may be more than considered to screw us old investors and make it more attractive to the new speculators. Is this not the fourth year in a row Orly has threatened to go into production We all suggested it{SHAREHOLDERS] when he had the money 300,000 is not much of a % to spend to have put towards a 200,000 per month income when he had the 5 million in the bank .George should be working some where in Government he is with out doubt one of the best SPIN MASTERS I have encountered on the VSE.Regards Jim
