RE: "Intel must achieve rapid growth in Intel Architecture workstations, file servers and compute servers" Jeff, Recent briefings at EMC and HP, coupled with the IBM section in USA TODAY confirm to me that all of these companies are putting their investment in INTC as the winner, other companies are "alliances" but not sure how many $$ they're getting. ISV's are almost universally building to Intel/NT standard as far as I can tell. A second point: If you want to bet on the expansion of the internet, a lot safer bet than Yahoo, AOL, Infoseek, ... seems to me to be Intel. Virtually all the internet runs on Intel servers.
