Actually...it is pretty simple.... and I even have an in home lan...so we can all use @home...( no more multiple phone lines and multiple ISP's. so it is cheaper too!!) what you do...is get on your ISP (be it cable modem or whatever)...then in your settings for AOL...you set yourself for the TCP/IP setting. then...once you are on your ISP...you just click on AOL and you are on...no ringing up the number and listening to busy signals.. and with BYOA: I only pay (I think....) $9.95/month vs a regular subscriber $21.95/month I love it...it is so much faster than the phone version... smile...Mary
