Anybody holding unregistered warrants in this stock will have until 10/31/97 to turn them in to the company for new warrants that have a reduced strike price (from $7.50 to $5.50) and an extended expiration date to April, 1998. So, right now they're in the money by more than $3!! This is a double digit stock if I ever saw one. Dick
