Russ, totally agree with your 3 points. I also agree with the omission of mention of the lawsuit. Although, its a distraction, its annoying, it will be costly, etc., etc.; in the end CAWS will rise or fall(to zero) based on its BR with BANX.

I also believe you can't overestimate the effect tax of tax selling.
