Completely OT, but since you were asking:

Key Grip:
Scouts the location to see if any rigging or special problems
are anticipated. On the prelite (prior to the shoot) the Key
Grip loads in the equipment and sets up the stands to support
lights or any other hanging elements, sets up dollies and tracks,
cranes, sets, etc. On the shoot, the Key Grip operates the dolly
and/or crane, and moves any heavy equipment and loads in and out.
Other grips may assist the Key Grip in these duties.

Gaffer:
The Gaffer is the head electrician, supervised by the Director of
Photography. He will arrange the lighting and electrical requirements
on set as needed and supervise the other electricians.

Best Boy:
The Best Boy/Girl is the second in charge of the electrical department, and works under the supervision of the Gaffer. Sets up lighting according to Gaffers needs. Li ses with the electrician to ensure electrical requirements are met.

So now you can stay and watch the movie credits while everybody is
piling out of the theater. Although the job descriptions may sound
trite, the hours are long, and the pressure is high. These chaps must
know cold a wealth of technical knowledge to make shots go right the
first time. Screw-ups aren't tolerated. The day wages are significant.
