those are invalid comparisons.

1. the jan qtr (typically dec qtr for most) is usually the slowest qtr, so comparing it sequentially is meaningless.

2. HOV made 3 large acquisitions in Florida last year. All their yoy comparisons are screwed up unless you have a really sophisticated model to separate out the organic growth.

I have no clue how HOV is doing as a company. I do know that just sent me yet another GRAND OPENING INVITATION to a high priced 30 homes project in SD called the LINKS, at $1.7 million and up. I do know that this is the 3rd, may be 4th GRAND OPENING INVITATION I have received since last fall.

They have put a lot more eggs in the Florida basket. I think they are going to sink and swim with that State.
