Apple stock is doing o.k. today. I would like to see stock-rich, not
cash-rich on Apple because I am a shareholder, not Apple's employee.
How to turn from cash-rich company into stock-rich, probably Apple
should learn it from WorldComm. Apple's stock prices have been
lingering around 20's for a couple of years already. Compared to
average stock mutual funds, Apple lags about 80% within two years.
If compared to other comperitors, such as Dell, Compaq, Gateway2000,
the difference is even larger, more than 200%. I think Apple's
stockholders are miserable in investment returns. Apple's executives
should think about this lagging sincerely and try to improve it, to
boost up investors' confidence. This is a serious issue.
