Andy... the problem is I know you are putting me on.... you may have these guys fooled however.... But anyway to answer your question, the Emperors of China (residing in the Emerald city) routinely took multiple wives. "The Last Emperor" was an excellent film which was pretty historically accurate. So, no, I don't think "thou shalt not commit adultery" is appropriate as far as the chinese are concerned.
