I was researching SEC docs, and came across the following filing:

sec.gov.

"The Committee believes that the Company needs greater
shareholder representation on its Board of Directors. The
Committee intends that the successors to Messrs. ... and ...
will be independent directors who will have no significant
economic relationship with the Company (other than through their
ownership of Common Stock.) By ensuring a greater degree of
independence among the members of the Board of Directors, the
Committee expects that the Company will become more focused and
committed to achieving maximum value for its shareholders."

Do you folks think we should put together a committee (call it "Corporate Vision COMMITTEE TO MAXIMIZE SHAREHOLDER VALUE"), just like those people did?
