Well ... we have a lot of long term frustrated investors ... I have been in since March 1995 (presplit) at an adjusted presplit price of well over $6 and bought as low as .25 and up again - to bring my average down to .50 -

Not adding. Wish my average was lower, but i would have to buy a ton of stock to make a dent in the average and would need the price to be below $.30 (heaven forbid) ... and (a) have run out of cash to do it and (b) don't need to be a "pig" about it. Have a lot of stock.

So - I am definitely a long term frustrated holder. But I think we are getting nearer to being rewarded for our (my) patience. Wouldn't even think of selling here. I do believe it is shorter term investors who got in cheaper and wanted to take some profits. I think the smart money was buying on the dips.

I want to pass along part of an email I received from a fellow shareholder who was at the AGM meeting. He asked that I share the information with everyone:

Hi Barbara,

.... wanted to pass along to you that TSIS has news in the "Business Briefing" section of the S.D. Union Trib. today. It relates to there internet news release. If you do not live in the area and want to see the article, please send me a fax # and I'll get it to you.

Please let the group on SI know. I think this shows the company does care about the share price and continues to do marketing. I am also pleased to see that they listen to there shareholders suggestions. I had suggested this to JJ a few month ago and provided him with a contact and phone # at the U.T. It's good to see we do have a part to play in our future with the stocks we own. I've been in TSIS for about 18 months now...
