Recent Highlights

Ø First Quarter revenues exceeded all of the prior fiscal year’s.

Ø Year-over-Year losses decreased by almost 80% from FY 99 ($0.74) to FY 2000 ($0.17).

Ø Cash position increased 225% in first quarter of FY 2001.

Ø Over-subscribed private placement will provide sufficient capital to fund operations well into next year.

Ø Strict cost-control measures are now beginning to be reflected in Wiworks.com financials as the company moves to profitability, expected by the end of the second fiscal quarter

Growth
