Wiworks.com designs and hosts effective, “intelligent,” fully interactive websites for its clients, providing domain name registration, merchant account services (enabling credit card billing), marketing assistance and valuable Internet real estate within the company’s Main Street Plaza online shopping mall.

Ø First Quarter revenues exceeded all of the prior fiscal year’s.
Ø Year-over-Year losses decreased by almost 80% from FY 99 ($0.74) to FY 2000 ($0.17).
