Repost, Yahoo: Mr Pink, why would anyone care about your analysis of ACRT? Your track record as far as truthfulness isn't exactly confidence inspiring...
ASSERTION: ACRT has lost its insurance.
TRUTH: ACRT has not lost its insurance. This was verified by calling the person that pink gave as his contact. That person denied everything pink said. Mr Aharoni confirmed that they have insurance during the conference call.
ASSERTION: A record company defaulted on a TAD which will wipe out an entire Q profit.
TRUTH: Two files are pending and both are insured.
ASSERTION: Elizabeth Melnik (the bookkeeper) was once the bookkeeper for a seeing eye dog school and is therefore incompetent.
TRUTH: I won't even dignify that with an answer.
ASSERTION: Amos Aharoni went bankrupt 13 years ago therefore he is a criminal.
TRUTH: Bankruptcy is not a crime in any eastern or western civilization that I am aware of. The whole case is expected to be resolved in court this July.
ASSERTION: ACRT's auditors are either incompetent or criminal.
TRUTH: No one has come forth with any formal allegations against them, either criminal or civil, nor is there evidence they have ever been sanctioned by any professional organization. They are merely small.
ASSERTION: Alex Stonkus is a criminal and is being sued by his former employer Elco Freight.
TRUTH: Alex Stonkus won his suit against Elco Freight to the tune of a cool mil.
ASSERTION: Harry Freedman, a director of Actrade, claims in SEC filings that he is a ''member of the Board of Advisors of AXXES Capital Inc., a publicly traded NASD firm.'' According to Theresa Smith of the NASD Disclosure Section, there is no such company.
TRUTH: Harry Freedman is a member of the Board of Advisors of AXXEXS Capital and not of AXXES Capital Inc. These are two different names. AXXEXS is the division, a holding company for Princeton Capital
ASSERTION: In msg.#12138 Mr. Pink stated that< He has been heralded in Ha'aretz newspaper, Dow Jones Newswire and Individual Investor as the preeminent internet analyst.
>TRUTH: from Individual Investor Online, 3/12/98 "Mr. Pink, the person who started all these rumors on the Internet, has continually posted negative messages about ACRT in order to jeopardize the company and benefit himself and other shorts. The mere fact that he uses an alias casts a pall over his credibility. These rumors have caused many investors to lose confidence in the stock, further contributing to short selling. Mitch Menik, ACRT's Investor Relations Manager, described it as a "bear raid" where short sellers are trying to manipulate the price of the stock by selling a large amount of shares -- a violation of Securities and Exchange Commission rules." Pink is not to be believed about anything he posts. Almost everything he has posted has been proven to be lies or twisted nonsense. |
