TO ALL: Does any one have direct verifable knowledge that SEXI ever registered stock (not Reg-S) in the past 12 months. I settled a lawsuit with them on 8/1/95 and have piggyback registration rights. I also tried to get SEXI to register my stock at my expense, as per my settlement agreement, but was treated like crap by Mr. Huttoe, Ms. Iacovelli, and Mr. David M. Goldstein (There so called corporate attorney; 305-372-3535). I guess in retrospect it was money welled saved after the recent few weeks. If anyone has any info that can help me please E-Mail me at ustg@ix.netcom.com. I am looking for any info I can get to see if they regsitered anyone else's stock. Thanks,
