adios to addi: are u insisting on the last word? or do you consider the third time the charm? please explain the motivation of the carrier's decision to award xecom a 10 year exclusive sub on services covered under that agreement. How many years remain on the contract? What has the internet access signups been running at?(has the service been rolled out? has xecom backfilled the menu item on bases installed previously to the internet initiative? Is xecom in any position to get overseas bases? if so why, and if not, why not?
