IBM … A little personal weekend missive. A good friend of my parents was fairly high up in IBM in the 60’s and convinced my dad to invest. Not an easy task as my dad wasn’t a risk taker. He actually kept buying a little at a time for the next 20 or so years much like he did with gold. Never sold any. These shares are now in my portfolio and I can’t get myself to sell them. Stupid, eh?
