Well, I appreciate that Jeff. I'm not looking for Kudos or support out here, but I certainly won't turn it down when it is offered.... <VBG> And I did attempt to warn RMIL sharholders that their actions were self-destructive and raising red flags that would eventually bring the company under scrutiny. This warning was based upon my previous experiences.

What I am concerned with is that no one suffers from not having all the facts in any investment they are involved in. We've all had experiences where we have been blindsided by previous investments, but discussing all the possibilities here help people to weigh the potential risks of their investment.

That is what these boards are all about, discussing stocks and potentially positive OR negative scenarios, and providing the evidence to substantiate or refute either position. My "negative" scenario relative to the Preferred stock issue, is no different than the unfounded claims by some of the AZNT longs.

As we have learned the company can have an exciting technology, or product line. But the true basis on how a company performs is based upon the credibility of management and the steps they take to preserve shareholder value.

I don't think anyone can argue with anything I've said in this post.
