Those manufacturers are Hitachi, Matsushita, JVC, Mitsubishi, Phillips, Sanyo, Samsung, **Sharp*, Sony, Toshiba, Thompson and Zenith. Looks like the Sharp deal is in the pocket after all...Makes me think...Sharp has obviously re-designed its TV's to use the TVL V-Chip before the contract was signed...(and before the official announcement to be made any day) What other TV manufacturers are in the same position and when will they acknowledge that (if it's the case) they are building TV's with TVL's chip?
