Sterling Construction Co. Inc. (NASDAQ: STRL) - peeled off 15% of high priced shares
Goldfield Corp. (AMEX: GV) - peeled off 20% of high priced shares

Still think both of these small cap construction companies are still undervalued but booked some profits in both to lock in recent gains. GV has their earnings late next week and has been in recover/growth mode since they made their recent acquisition. STRL has new CEO and their order book looks good (as does GV's order book).

Arguments can be made for higher prices for both companies but I want to see what GV's order book looks like and see also am interested in if STRL is growing their orders and/or cherry picking their projects (those w/ higher margins).

I sold my high cost shares in STRL bought 1/27/2015 @ $3.00/share at $4.51/share. Will hold the other shares for prices at/above $7.00/share.
