Graham - I dont disagree with you on this
I am short Abbvie (ABBV) - i'm guessing we are talking about the same stock.

I believe they are spending a little to much on capex/acquisitions and buying back stock + paying dividends at the exactly the wrong time.

could be very wrong - but this formula has worked for me in the past.

I short via Jan 2017 puts... I believe they provide the best value (27% volatility) with lowest risk and highest potential payoff.

PS. - also enjoyed your post so far Graham.. keep it up
