A quick comment on VVUS....... First off, for those of you want to know why most posts have been at best "limited" over the past 2 months, please understand it is purely for "time management" reasons and not that I have sold or buried my head. I am STILL LONG and have unfortunately bought more over the past few weeks. I guess I just believe in the VVUS story. I agree that the tape on VVUS has been nothing short of a disaster and possible forewarnings of worst things to come. However, after 12 years of successful stock market investing, I do realize that sometimes public companies (especially NASDAQ companies) trade at levels that do not reflect their true underlying fundamentals (witness AOL from 60 to 28 to 117 or CPU 20 to 9 to 94 or BBY or MU etc...). I hope VVUS proves their skeptics wrong and 1998 proves to be a great year for their shareholders. I for one will hang in there! Good Luck to ALL, DB
