Mary, yes the vote is on Mar. 17th. Regarding when will the actual merger occur.. well there are couple of approvals from bureaucrats (FTC, DOJ) and it is not clear when that will be.. But both AOL and NSCP keep pointing out that it will be in spring. We have to wait and see. One interesting point about that letter is that on page 3 they have both NSCP (proxy) and AOL (prospectus) logos. I thought it is kind of interesting at this point in time. -Nat
