There was some panic selling in AQI late yesterday, but it is recovering nicely today so far.

This AQI/IMR business a good example that in life there is no such thing as objectivity only subjectivity.

To me it seems clear that AQI is both morally and legally correct.

But some intelligent people I have respected (ie Borson) see it just the opposite.

Now it is down to a legal crap shoot.

My chips are on AQI
