thread dead or threaders with nothing to write? i am not finding many value bets, but also not looking hard.

my largest stock is now ARCPP (pref), bought last november at $21.70 and now at $24 and paying around 7% (of $24 price). this is a boring hold but will some risk -- will drop with incr interest rates. I bought arcpp on the dip, as a bet on arcp, with less risk than common)

ARCP seems to have the accounting mess behind it. Will reinstate the common div soon. New CEO and new board members. I expect them to clean up the complex holdings (stabilize and sell cole capital) and simplify. I bought a super size amount under $9 (to add to my $12s and $13s). I think it is still a buy, but no one here likes it.
