BRX: Ok, grommit, I'll follow you into that one. This grocery-anchored reit looks safe enough -- maybe. Distribution yield currently at 3.4%. I expect distribution increases with time. Not a lot of history as a public company though.

A small bet that it'll turn out to be better than having just held onto cash.
