lakers17, Dean is the sort of guy who claims to possess millions of shares of stock trading at half a cent or so and he isn't selling until it's up several thousand per cent. HOPR, CHES, SNTS that kind of stuff. KAHI had around 300 million outstanding shares last February, traded at 2 cents, did a 75:1 reverse split and are back at 2 cents. In fact they were back at 2 cents last August, 6 months after writing off 98% of the stock. Could this be a world record? As for the current share counts who knows? I think you can expect anything from this kind of operation, floorless convertible debentures, Reg. 504, reverse splits, take your pick. I really don't know what the heck they have going for them, they don't issue press releases, don't disclose their finances. They do seem to have a talent for getting people to hand over their money though. This is not the way to conduct business, in my humble opinion. Scan the thread, you may get a laugh or two.
Many happy returns,
