I got this from Peggy: (she's looking for $2.00) I think some of your questions were answered in the press release which I will attach in case you didn't see it. The lawsuit is settled in principle. There is a hangup on getting the NSC contract signed off by McLaughlin and attorneys. Hopefully this will be done soon. The infomercial is scheduled to start running in March 1997, according to what we are told by PRTV; they are "right on schedule". Tepual has not ordered shipment of product, although they keep saying they will. (I assume that is the question behind the shrimp harvest). We expect to be cash positive for the months of January and February due to good sales combined with further cost cutting. We do intend to become a reporting company some time this year. We haven't made formal stock price projections. There is some extremely serious misinformation on the Internet, it came to my attention today. I don't know to what extent that affects the stock. We have some very exciting things in the works, new products, sales growth, etc. I wouldn't be surprised to see at least $2.00 in the not too distant future, but that is personal opinion. Peggy
