Indeed, if the allegations made in Mr. Shimron's Section 304 petition had even a shred of truth to them, it appears to us that to resort to newspapers and Internet postings would not have been necessary, but instead he would have confined his efforts to the courts. As we all know, false accusations made in newspapers and Internet postings are difficult to refute, and are not subject to sanctions as they would be if they were contained in court papers. In the United States, it is considered questionable, if not ethically improper, for lawyers to attempt, as Mr. Shimron apparently has, to use the press to litigate their cases". Does this sound familiar? Who is the lemming? Who is the criminal? How long do you think these guys will support the short side? If they haven't already stopped? Haven't heard anything new in a while have we? warmest regards
