There was some discussion awhile back about whether NASDAQ was using the company name or symbol to determine the date by which the company must become fully reporting or be delisted. Here is a link to support the answer (symbol as of 1/04/99). otcbb.com If you scroll down the list here is the entry for TSIS which says we have until May 2000 to become fully reporting.
