Dear W Molloy - thx for sharing the info. While I ve some ambivalence relating to the quality of yahoo msg [this is purely subjective, no slight intended to the people hanging out there,] let's assume it is up-to-date information. Wouldn't that be so much more easier for Messr Teo and other institutional players to mount a proxy if they so choose to?

So, that begs the question. Assuming Calvin and Ted are correct - to say the least, there are a lot of emotion involved from the [ex]employees of this company, so it is fair to say there is indeed a mgt issue - that the board is in Messr Hackworth's pocket, why has the big institutional investors - who should ve enough firepower to do something - not moved to do something quickly?

Are they too in the CEO's pocket? Or they are trying to work something out behind the scene? Or they feel CRUS is working out its kinks?

rgds Bosco
