Re: Huawei and its problems. It is impossible for any country, any company, anything, to go from 0 to 100 mph in .5 of a second in highly complex matters without substantial problems. A fund of knowledge and experience is necessary, and that fund takes decades to develop. Ask the Japanese, who began from much more advantageous starting point than the Chinese.
