NOPE :) - It is simply a pre-rally decline on Nortel. I am so funny. Here is the kicker - ther was 4 equities in that account of my Wife's. I made 800% on a penny mining stock in there that tripled my NT loss.

Moral of story: I should stick to penny stocks
