Dear Va. country boy, robrt60 May 13 1998 11:43PM EDT they are excerpts from different legal opinions that are based on the case and subsequent investigations. I don't mean to be secretive but to tell you exactly where could be counterproductive, suffice it to say that the cloud Pink put over managements head has been moved away. All who care now have a good idea what went on and how this was more than anything a spiteful, vengeful and mean-spirited attempt to exploit an unfortunate situation. I feel badly for Amos on several different levels, one that he has to relive this at all and secondly having been through financial hell once having to go through it again. But also, think of his legitimate creditors who hired a Trustee to look after their claims and as they are being settled their case is used as a tool in a money making scheme that is so dreadful and illegal its casts a pall over potentially legitimate claims. It continues to stun me as to what people will do and the levels they will stoop to for money. warmest regards
