Hi, Eric (and Joe), I got a DCI's Internet EXPO brochure, billing itself as the World's Largest Internet, Web & EMail Conference and Exposition. Be that as it may, it's being held in San Jose, CA in Feb 97 and Chicago in April, three days each. While Mr. Marengi is giving one of the 50 minute 'Featured Addresses', only one other Novell employee appears to be there. His topic is 'Groupware Meets Document Management'. While their groupware product is important, I would think that they could spare a couple more people to talk about ... No, wait, here's another one ... on 'Speech Recognition for Networked Applications' done with an API for Java developers. (I must have losted it while looking at the Suns (and Computer Associates and Microsofts). I guess it's part of Novell's new strageties in emphasising the niche markets. They did get invited on to a panel (Lan Email). But aren't even listed as a 'participating company' of the Expo (maybe you had to bring demo products to be listed there?). Mat. <i suppose 3 are better than none>
