Bottom line is that with 80% ownership BFCF will be able to take huge advantage of tax advantages. The price of shares will not quickly drop to $14.00 I don't believe and if it does I will be buying more shares of BFCF as it will certainly follow BBX in price. The bottom line is that my IRA total is now 25% greater than it was a couple of weeks ago. I am a long term investor in BFCF and BBX and anticipate good growth going forward. As they say in all of their earnings reports that this company is looking at long term growth of net worth to investors, not just earnings totals quarter to quarter. They still have over 30 other properties to develop and JV. Properties will provide income to BBX and BFCF quarterly for years to come. When the merger is complete I don't anticipate BBX shares being absorbed for less than the present tender offer price if not more. There are now much less public shares out there giving them more value. I will certainly begin to buy more shares of BFCF once the tender offer is complete. I believe that shares of BFCF are now worth $5.00 to $6.00.
