Nope, I don't take any offense, it's just information.

You're right, Zillow's estimates aren't precisely accurate, they're usually a little high. But their reports of sales are because that data is taken from government records.

The estimates are close though, not outrageously off or they wouldn't be useful to buyers or sellers and Zillow's business model would suffer greatly if they weren't close. I've spoken about those issues with my friend in real estate and she's a agrees.

I love movies too and see them often, many times by myself because I like to go during weekdays while most people are at work or school. More fun with family or friends though, of course.

I've noticed the same about malls, they're slowly dying around the country and some large ones have been completely mothballed.

I think there are still some very successful ones in high population areas that offer other fun things, like amusement park rides. Those are amazing malls, I saw a drone flythrough video of one once on Instagram and was blown away by it, not to mention the skill of the drone pilot to make that recording.
