POPM - From Raging Bull:

Too interesting

Once again during after hours, the 25,000 (and multiple) trader bought 75,000 shares. This has been happening since mid-May...although it stopped the week of July 4th.

Usually buys at the bid, and almost always within 10 minutes of the close.

That is about 2,000,000 shares accumulated during after hours alone...too coincidental for it not to be the same investor. There have been other trades during the day that are exactly 25K and 50K shares that's probably from the same person but it's easier to track after hours trades.

From the 5/15 SEC filing, insiders are selling 10,000,000 shares and they can act as their own agents (basically). The stock has been depressed lately and yet this accumulation continues. I've never seen anything like this before. Wonder who is buying all these shares and for what reason?
