Sure, but only after numerous 'field tests' that is.

It would have been great if they could have started out with the simulations and never had to do a field nucelar test, right? Would have kept the Caesium 137 in nature low.

Even the Israelis had to 'field test' their nuke and relied on the South Africans to help them out.

I just wonder where Iran will 'field test' their stuff - and when.
