"I don't want a headache for the last three months of my life?" I think the FDA panelist does not know how the dying patient feel. He or she would use anything to hopefully suvive ! It's not the panelist's decision to determine a headache vs life, it's the patient ! Can the panel be influenced or bought by special interest, lobby groups, etc. ? We are talking about a life and death situation, and the panelist don't want a hadache ?????? What can Depo do in this situation ? What options do they have ? More test ? Change another drug and re-do this in two to three years ? Appeal the panel's decision (do they have a right to appeal) ? Can FDA over rule the panel ?
