PLEASE HELP ME. I am a non resident of the U.S. I have a sizeable account at merryl lynch. I want to trade online and need a good broker. While surfing the net It seems to me that DLJ direct is the best especially if you have over $100,000 in assets. I called them and they say I can't open an account due to compliance reasons. I called Schwab and they say they have no problems with foreign accounts. What gives? Anybody have any comments on the best broker and wether a foreign resident can join? The_trader
