Shmar - Let me first compliment you on your ability to ask questions and get them out in the open. I receive about as many private mails as I do posts on this thread. Mainly from new traders/invstors who, I believe, are afraid of someone finding out they are new. Please people, come out of the closet. You will find others will come out as you do.

Now on to your post and questions. I am glad you have taken the dive, I really believe that this limited "educational" expense far exceeds the benefit of paper trading. I received a PM from another poster here that stated that he too started with $1000 and worked it up to 16,000 or so before dropping back to $5000 (I think the numbers are close to that). He has now got it back up again. It is important to learn from your past mistakes, you don't lose $11,000 from doing things the right way. LEARN!!!!

Remember, trading is just as much when you get out of a stock as it is, when you get into a stock. Timing, timing, timing.

ALLP - Going to be awhile as far as I can tell. I would be extremely surprised to see anything before the new year. Consider this a long term hold and you may be rewarded.

ONSL - This pig is going to go, and probably soon. But I did not like the action from the past two days. Very negative. It is getting a lot of support at the 21 level and has tested it twice in the last two days. I think this one is going to be decided by the peripheral nets. If we get an Inet rally, it could go. But I would really like to see it pull back to under $20, think it would be healthy. I have traded this 4 times now in the past 2 days and it is the only issue I have not made anything on. It has my number. I like its prospects, I like its business, I like its affiliations, I like it better than most other nets. It will be propped up by EBAY and will move in sympathy. Downside too.

Good luck

TJ
