Yes, we should send in troops. If troops are sent as part of a broad-based UN coalition under UN command, then it is a very different scenario than what we have in Iraq now.

Sure, HRW, Amnesty et al still have all the right to talk about human rights and at the same time, oppose the war in Iraq (if you recall, initially, the invasion was about WMDs; once we get in there, the story was changed)
