Mr. Miller, even if one accepts the unavailability of chips for the sub $1000 pc mkt as a major reason for intel's slowdown ( I don't) one must remember "it ain't sales it's margins" Mike Burke. Intels asp for chips and margins have been under pressure and it will intensify. The major problems are mkt saturation and the fact that there is no compelling reason for most users to upgrade their PCs -especially when prices are falling so swiftly. Mike
